Hi, I’m Nisha - welcome!
If you’re here, chances are you’re pregnant (or planning to be) and looking for real, trustworthy guidance on how to support your baby - and yourself - through this wild and beautiful journey. First off, congratulations. You’re already on your way to becoming a badass mom.
But let’s be honest: the information out there is overwhelming. Everyone has an opinion, and “information overload” doesn’t even begin to cover it. Why isn’t this stuff taught in school?
That’s where I come in.
I’m Nisha - a health coach and ACE-certified personal trainer. I help moms cut through the noise and focus on what really matters, sharing science-backed best practices, time-saving tips, and actionable tools that are actually doable.
A little about me:
My passion for nutrition and wellness began when my dad was diagnosed with cancer. As a family, we dove deep into how powerful food and lifestyle choices can be in shaping long-term health. That experience lit a fire in me - and ultimately led me here.
I chose to work with pre & postnatal women because I believe that motherhood is one of the most pivotal times to build strong, healthy foundations. When you feel supported, informed, and confident, you’re more empowered to pass those habits on to your children - and raise the next generation of strong, mindful humans.
I root my coaching in the four pillars of wellness: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition- because it takes all four to truly thrive.
